Cancellation policy concert tickets
It is possible to reschedule concert tickets to another date, register them as ‘open tickets’, transfer them to another name, or cancel them. Would you like to make use of these options? Please feel free to contact us via tickets@roonstaal.com or call +31 6 333 59595.
Cancellation or changes
Cancellations or changes must be reported to us before the start of the concert. The organization prepares for your arrival. Unfortunately, later cancellations or changes can no longer be processed.
Free cancellation within 3 days
Within 3 days of submitting your reservation, you can cancel free of charge via email or telephone. You will receive a confirmation of this via email.
- Have you already completed the payment? Then you will receive a refund of the paid amount.
- Have you not paid yet? Then the payment obligation is voided.
Cancellation after 3 days
After this period, refunds are no longer possible. However, the tickets can be processed free of charge to:
- be transferred to another name
- be converted into open tickets
- or be rescheduled to another concert date
Rescheduling concert due to special circumstances
Should a concert have to be moved to another date or location due to special circumstances, for example because of weather conditions or illness of the artist, no refund will take place. In that case, the tickets remain valid for the new date or can be used free of charge for another concert of your choice.
CD sales
CDs are carefully shipped to the specified address. If there is anything wrong with your order, please feel free to contact us so we can find a solution together.
