Cancellation Policy concert tickets

It is possible to reschedule concert tickets to another date, register them as ‘open tickets’, transfer them to another name, or cancel them. Would you like to make use of these options? Please contact us at tickets@roonstaal.com or call +31 6 333 59595.

Cancellation or changes

Cancellations or changes must be reported to us before the start of the concert. The organization prepares for your arrival. Unfortunately, later cancellations or changes cannot be processed.

Free cancellation within 3 days

Within 3 days of submitting your reservation, you can cancel free of charge via email or telephone. You will receive a confirmation of this via email.

  • Have you already completed the payment? You will receive a refund of the paid amount.
  • Have you not paid yet? The payment obligation will be voided.

Cancellation after 3 days

After this period, refunds are no longer possible. However, tickets can be processed free of charge to:

  • be transferred to another name
  • be converted into open tickets
  • or be rescheduled to another concert date

Rescheduling concert due to special circumstances

If a concert must be moved to another date or location due to special circumstances, for example because of weather conditions or illness of the artist, no refund will take place. In that case, the tickets remain valid for the new date or can be used free of charge for another concert of your choice.

In our webshop we sell concert tickets and CDs.

Orders & payment

Orders are processed after receipt of payment. Payment can be made securely via iDEAL/Wero or by bank transfer.

Concert tickets

For concert tickets, our cancellation conditions as stated at the top of this document apply.

CDs

CDs are carefully sent to the specified address. Should something be wrong with your order, please feel free to contact us so we can look at a solution together.

Prices

All prices in the webshop include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Privacy

Your data is used exclusively for processing your order and is not shared with third parties, except when this is necessary for payment or shipment.

Liability

We do our best to keep all information on the website correct and up-to-date. No rights can be derived from obvious errors or typos.

When you buy tickets or create an account, we process the following data:

  • Identity data: First and last name
  • Contact details: Email address, phone number, billing address/residential address
  • Payment details: Payment method (e.g. /iDEAL/Wero)
  • Ticket information: Which event and number of tickets

2. For what purposes do we process data?

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Execution of the agreement: Processing your order, sending the e-tickets and providing customer service.
  • Communication: Inform you about changes in the event (e.g. rescheduling or cancellation).
  • Marketing : Send you newsletters about similar events
  • Wettelijke verplichtingen: We keep administrative data in accordance with tax obligations. 

2.    Do we share your data with third parties? 

We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share your data with third parties if this is necessary:

  • Payment services: To process your payment safely
  • Shippers (if applicable): To send physical tickets or CDs

3.    How long do we keep your data? 

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or to comply with statutory retention periods (e.g. the tax retention obligation of 7 years). 

4.    Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data. You can also object to processing. 

5.    Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data against loss or unlawful processing (such as SSL connections).
